How to Change or Switch Your Beachbody Coach

I just recently switched my Beachbody Coach and it only took one email and a couple of days. I wasn’t very happy with my Beachbody Coach, but I didn’t want to be assigned to a random coach so I decided to wait until I came across someone who I’d want to be my Coach… and I finally did!

I know a ton of people have been telling me to be a Coach, and I probably will eventually but right now I already have enough on my plate. So I was very HAPPY when I accidentally discovered that Chilli (Rozonda Thomas) of TLC is a Beachbody Coach! I grew up listening to TLC, those ladies were such an inspiration, so of course I decided right then and there that I am going to switch to Chilli… and I did!

How to Change Your Beachbody Coach

There are two ways to change your Beachbody Coach:

  1. Via telephone: call (800) 240-0913
  2. Via e-mail: and include the following information:
    • Coach’s name
    • Coach’s ID
    • Coach’s email

teambeachbody-chilliI sent my request through email. I did not have my Coach’s ID or Chilli’s ID, so in the email I gave my (past) coach’s full name, Team Beachbody screenname, and email. I also gave Chilli’s information and I linked to her page to make sure that they link me with the right person. According to Beachbody, requests via email are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. This was the case for me and the change was quick and easy. After I received the confirmation email that the switch was completed, all I had to do was log out, log back in and my new coach was right there.

While a coach change may reflect quickly online, Team Beachbody warns that Volume and Commission transfers within the same bonus week may not reflect until the start of a new bonus week.

If I ever become a coach, I will add my information here 🙂
