I’ve been on a Hulu Gaiam Wake-Up Workout kick lately, and I was very happy to see that they have some Firm workouts in the mix! If you aren’t familiar with The Firm, they’ve been around for quite some time. I remember getting my first set of The Firm workouts on video VHS (yes, VHS, ancient!) with their Fanny Lifter! I think that was the first at-home workout program I’ve ever been on with their Body Sculpting System that included Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt, and Ab Sculpt. Their workouts were AMAZING and I definitely saw results.
Anyways, here is a great 20 minute workout by The Firm that I thought was really good. It has two 10 minute workouts in this particular episode, enjoy!
