Patricia Moreno’s Cardio Burn Kickboxing


Summer is around the corner and it’s about that time to get in tip top shape. I just recently subscribed to Hulu Plus and we were browsing videos until we stumbled upon some exercise videos! We began to watch a clip and I immediately recognized the woman in the video – Patricia Moreno! Let me explain…

In 2007 I did a blog post about workouts that Nike posted on their Nike Women‘s site. They had a wide variety of different workouts and one of their special workouts was by none other than Patricia Moreno. That was literally the first time I ever stood in front of a computer to workout. Her workout was very simple to follow, and I remember after doing it for the first time and it was over I was thinking… that’s it? (I was in fairly good shape and was used to killing myself with cardio). But to my surprise I found that my arms and legs were SORE the next day! I loved it. So I started doing that workout regularly and my arms became so toned, it was awesome. Unfortunately Nike Women ended up changing up their website and the workouts were gone. (But I guess it was popular because now they have the Nike Training Club! :D) And surprisingly, after all these years, as soon as I saw the trainer on this Hulu clip I remembered her name.

Anyways, I was very happy that we found this workout video and while it is not the exact same workout… it is still very similar to the workout that was on the Nike Women’s website in 2007. This is a very simple yet effective 20 minute workout that I highly recommend! Here is the workout:
