Winsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Sculpting Review & Video

In my last workout blog I said that the next Winsor Pilates workout I blog about is a MUST HAVE for every woman out there! That workout is Winsor Pilates Bun and Thigh Sculpting. (Great for guys as well, I just say women because we complain about our thighs and tushy more than men lol!)
Why do I recommend this workout? Like the other pilates workouts, it is low impact yet very effective. The workout is a little less than 20 minutes long and is also a great alternative to your typical squats and lunges tushy exercises. (Seriously, you are just laying down the whole time.) It contains the entire Pilates side-kick series that tone, firm and sculpt your inner thighs, outer thighs and hips. Mari Winsor recommends doing this work out at least three times a week to “lift and shape your buttocks”. You-will-feel-the-burn.

thanks for posting this video! i have it on vhs, but now my player is eating tapes, so i was going to have to buy the dvd, you’ve saved me the expense, shipping and trouble!
Glad I could help! I have it on VHS too and the tape is wearing out as well. Just maximize the video screen to expand on your whole monitor and you’re good to go!
